How is the Emma Original Hybrid mattress delivered?
Your new Emma Original Hybrid mattress will be delivered free of charge within 5 - 10 working days.
The mattress arrives rolled up, vacuum-sealed, and packed in a compact box that’s been conveniently designed to fit through narrow doors and passageways.
To unpack, simply place the mattress box on your bed frame, remove it from the box, cut open the plastic wrapping, and unroll.
The mattress will begin expanding as soon as the vacuum seal is broken, and should reach its full size within 24 hours. ⏰
You may notice some slight off-gassing as the mattress expands, but this is completely normal and the smell should dissipate quickly.
